Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.

The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send any returns without contacting us first.
Non-returnable items

Custom and personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

The refund amount equals the item price minus the original shipping cost and any customs duties/taxes paid (these are non-refundable).

If the item was purchased with free shipping, the refund will equal the order amount minus the actual shipping cost we paid to ship the order, as well as customs duties/taxes (non-refundable).

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection for new condition, cleanliness, and integrity.

Shipping returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
